Merry Christmas everyone! Mommy and Daddy have been busy getting ready for my little brother who should be arriving on Tuesday. We all thought that he would come early, but I think that the 27th will end up being the date. I think he is waiting for the 27th because Mommy's OB/GYN didn't get a chance to deliver me and Mommy loves, loves, loves her doctor.
Below is a picture from this time last year. I've grown so much in the past 12 months - see the picture below the Santa picture taken this past summer. I am sure that there will be lots of Christmas pictures to post later.

Ho, Ho, Ho! ~ Taken 12/2004

First trip to the park ~ Taken 09/2005
Yesterday Mommy, Daddy, and I went to Grandma and Grandpa's house (Daddy's parents) to drop off presents for my cousins and to visit for Christmas. We were supposed to visit last Sunday, but Grandma had a cold and didn't want me to catch it so the visit was canceled. I was happy that I got to spend time with them yesterday and I showed them how well I could walk and talk and talk and talk . . .
Grandma and Granpa opened the presents that I gave them - the pictures from the park this past fall.

Daddy, Grandpa, and Me ~ Fall, 2005

Daddy, Grandpa, Grandma, and Me ~ Fall, 2005
Grandma made grilled cheese (grilled ham and cheese for Daddy) and I sat in the booster seat and had some - it was delicious! I got to hear all the clocks (I love clocks and the chiming) in the house. There were about 4 of them that would chime (a couple of table clocks; a bird clock; and the great big Grandfather clock). One of them scared me at first and I ran into the hallway, but I got used to it pretty quickly. My favorite saying of the day besides "vacuum, vacuum, charging, charging" was "what time is it?"
Mommy sang the alphabet song and I sang in the letters "P, V, and Z" in the right places. Mommy sang "Itsy Bitsy Spider" and I sang the "again" at the end. Then, I did the animal sounds (Moo for cow, meow for cat, rough rough for dog, quack for the duck and oink for pig). Daddy especially likes the animal sounds because he likes to eat all the animals except for the cat and the dog - those aren't edible. We only got to stay for a short time, but I had a fun visit.
Today Mommy (and the baby), Daddy, and I are going to Lolo and Lola's (my Mommy's parents) house for Christmas. I cannot wait until Lolo and Lola open the presents that I gave them. I am sure that they won't mind that I am showing the pictures on my site. Hopefully they won't peek at the site before they open their presents.
